6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and access controls on our systems. Authentication is managed by Clerk, which employs industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. For a complete list of cookies, their names, purposes, providers, and durations, see our Cookie Policy.

You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service.

9. Third-Party Links and Data

The Service displays data sourced from public regulatory registries (including FINTRAC, FinCEN, and the Bank of Canada) and links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites or their data practices.
